Il liked that they had a fitness room that looked nice and with big windows. Some of the machines were broken and unfortunately there was no Pilates ball or weights. I used the cross country machine that worked and a mat, which worked great for 1 session. I also liked the pool with bubble pool on one side, all very noisy with the 2 different “waterfalls” splashing but the advantage is that they can be used for massage. I spent 20 minutes in the steaming sauna (hamam) first and then it was not too cold to sit in the bubble pool a while. Personnel was very nice and helpful. The steaming room was not warm when I arrived and checked but they turned it on an said it would be 15 mins to warm. They also helped me and called the restaurant nearby to check if I could come a bit late despite near to closing hour. The room- a superior- was very nice with a coffe machine, bathrobe and slippers (not all rooms include robe and slippers).

Like to mention his name "Mr. Salim" Also the bartender (Lady) near the reception was very nice she helped me to choose my dinner and my drink .Very polite and very attentive to customer need. Don't know her name but she is from Portugal. Those team members definitely deserved a big recognition from the management . Upon arrival my telephone in the room was not working .It was fixed 10 minutes later from the technician .Great Job. Next day, at 7 am my coffee machine in the room not working .I told Mr. Salim at the front desk about it and without asking he brought me a coffee at the reception while I was waiting for the bus to bring me to the airport. Mr Salim made my day !

Shuttle was a little late arriving at airport and had to wait for second round as the vehicle was full but on time to get back the next day for my flight. Staff were great in rectifying the issue.
